FEE PAYMENT

The monthly fee is payable in advance by the 10th of every month. The student failing to pay the monthly fee after the due date shall be charged a fine of SAR 10 from the 11th till the 30th of the month. In case the fee remains unpaid for two months, the name of the student will be struck off from school without any further notification and students will be removed from the WhatsApp Community & GCR. We expect all parents to cooperate with the School Authorities.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Below is a list of rules which will be followed during the entire academic year.

GENERAL:

Ensure your child is punctual and disciplined during classes.
For good health, the child needs to sit and study in a correct posture.
Arrange a table and chair for your child and guide him/her to sit straight
while attending online classes.
Make good arrangements for light in the room for your child to study.
Ensure that your child keeps the camera on during online classes. Closing
the camera during online classes and assembly time is strictly prohibited.
During class, parents are strictly advised not to disturb students. Please
avoid calling them for any home-based tasks.
During the break time, students’ camera and mic should be off.
Regularly check the circulars/messages given by the Teachers/
Coordinators via WhatsApp & GCR.
Avoid using slang language in class; slang in any language is prohibited
during the class or break time. Breaks will be monitored by Coordinators.
Students and parents aren’t allowed to contact teachers via WhatsApp,
Email or any other social platforms. If you want to discuss anything with the
teacher, you can drop your message on GCR or the Coordinator number.
Parents are advised to regularly monitor their children’s class work &
homework, ensuring their completion & readiness for submission. It’s
important to respect the deadlines provided by the teachers and oversee
the timely submission of assignments.
Eating during the class is not allowed.
100% attendance should be maintained.
Here in our school, the teacher’s respect is of utmost importance to the
entire management; any student found arguing, misbehaving, or being
rude to the teachers shall be expelled immediately.
Transcripts/Leaving Certificates will be provided to the students after the
completion of the full academic year. The fee for the Transcripts/Leaving
Certificates & courier charges will be informed on the parents’ request.
The school reserves the right to publish its students’ names, photos, and
video recordings and work on all school-related web-based pages (Digital
and traditional media). These pictures are the exclusive property of the
school and can be used to promote and illustrate school activities and/or
students’ achievements.
Parents cannot interact directly with the teachers. Kindly do not interrupt
the classes. If you have any concerns or issues that require discussion, you
can communicate with our Academic Team or Coordinator.
Parents must also inform the school management of any important
change/factor in the student’s life, for example, a recent medical condition
that may affect their studies, death of a family member, etc.

FEES:

Deposited fee is non-refundable.
Please WhatsApp a copy of the deposit slip for reconciliation of our account
to +923250222041. (Also, the copy of a slip in conversion amount).
Conversion (SAR/AED to PKR) will be shared with a monthly fee voucher,
kindly submit the fee accordingly.
Any Student who has failed to clear the outstanding dues, resulting in
cancellation of Admission, shall have to apply for admission again. The
student will be granted admission upon clearing the prior dues.
If a child has been granted a long leave as per the approval of the
management, parents are requested to make sure to clear the term fee for
the specific long leave period, to secure and retain a seat for their child
until he/she rejoins the school.
Defaulters will not be permitted to take any Exams and will not receive
Transcripts or any Certificates.

EXAMINATION

All relevant work done from books, workbooks, and notes are included in
the Examination. The exams are conceptual based. The paper consists of
Objective and Subjective parts. The objective part is conducted through a
Google form.
The Revision of the syllabus will be done in Class.
All Books, Workbooks, and Notes are available on GOOGLE CLASSROOM.
All Examination Papers will be provided through GOOGLE CLASSROOM.
It is mandatory to submit Projects and Presentations assigned by the
teachers. The marks are added in the examinations.
Re-Examination will be taken only during the Examination period. After the
end of all Examinations, an extra fee will be charged for Re-Examination,
otherwise the student will be marked absent and considered as fail.
The students must appear for the Examination.
Examination Timings will be provided with the Examination schedule.
Use of a quiet room is recommended during exams.
It is mandatory to share the complete PDF of the Examination sheets
instantly through Google Classroom
We have a four-step checking method for examination papers consisting of
checking, rechecking, cross-checking and final checking, reducing any
possibility of errors. Hence, does not require any further checking.
We follow the Cambridge Grading System. Details are as follows:
a. We do not show the obtained marks in the report card, but the
percentage only.
b. We do not have a ranking policy.
c. After the result, we will conduct a P.T.M. You can inform your
concerns in the Performa provided to you by the Coordinator. A
meeting will be scheduled with the Academic Team accordingly in 24
hours.
d. Compiled transcripts are provided to parents on REQUESTS only. In
this transcript, marks obtained are mentioned. It is PAID. If any
parent needs, they can contact the Coordinator.
