RULES & REGULATIONS

FEE PAYMENT

The monthly fee is payable in advance by the 10th of every month. The student failing to pay the monthly fee after the due date shall be charged a fine of SAR 10 from the 11th till the 30th of the month. In case the fee remains unpaid for two months, the name of the student will be struck off from school without any further notification and students will be removed from the WhatsApp Community & GCR. We expect all parents to cooperate with the School Authorities.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Below is a list of rules which will be followed during the entire academic year.

GENERAL:

  1. Ensure your child is punctual and disciplined during classes.
  2. For good health, it is important for the child to sit and study in a correct posture. Arrange a table and chair for your child and guide him/her to sit straight while attending online classes.
  3. Make good arrangements for light in the room for your child to study.
  4. Ensure that your child keeps the camera on during online classes.
  5. Regularly check the circulars/messages given by the Teachers/ Coordinators.
  6. Avoid using slang language in class; slang in either Urdu or English language is prohibited.
  7. Parents are advised to regularly monitor their children’s class work & homework, ensuring their completion & readiness for submission. It’s important to respect the deadlines provided by the teachers and oversee the timely submission of assignments.
  8. Eating during the class is not allowed.
  9. It is mandatory for every student to maintain an attendance record of at least 60%.
  10. Here in our schools, the teacher’s respect is of utmost importance to the entire management; any student found arguing, misbehaving, or being rude to the teachers shall be expelled immediately.
  11. Parents must ensure that their child attends extra classes if arranged.
  12. Transcripts/Leaving Certificates will be provided to the students after the completion of the full academic year. The fee for the Transcripts/Leaving Certificates & courier charges will be informed on the parents’ request.
  13. The school reserves the right to publish its students’ names, photos, and video recordings and work on all school-related web-based pages (Digital and traditional media). These pictures are the exclusive property of the school and can be used to promote and illustrate school activities and/or students’ achievements.
  14. Parents cannot interact directly with the staff and faculty members. If you have any concerns or issues that require discussion, you can communicate with our Academic Team.
  15. Parents must also inform the school management of any important change/factor in the student’s life, for example, a recent medical condition that may affect their studies, separation or divorce of the parents, death of a family member, etc.

FEES:

  1. 16. Deposited fee is non-refundable.
  2. Please WhatsApp a copy of the deposit slip for reconciliation of our account to +923250222045. (Also, the copy of a slip in conversion amount).
  3. Conversion (SAR/AED to PKR) will be shared with a monthly fee voucher, kindly submit the fee accordingly.
  4. Any Student who has failed to clear the outstanding dues, resulting in cancellation of Admission shall have to apply for admission again. The student will be granted admission upon clearing the prior dues.
  5. If a child has been granted long leave as per the approval of the management, parents are requested to make sure to clear the term fee for the specific long leave period, to secure and retain a seat for their child until he/she rejoins the school.
  6. Defaulters will not be permitted to take any Exams and will not receive Transcripts or any Certificates.

EXAMINATION

  1. All relevant books, workbooks, and notes are included.
  2. The Revision of the syllabus will be done in Class.
  3. All Books, Workbooks, and Notes are available on GOOGLE CLASSROOM.
  4. All Examination Papers will be provided through WHATSAPP GROUP / GOOGLE CLASSROOM.
  5. Re-Examination will be taken only during the Examination period. After the end of all Examinations, an extra fee will be charged for Re-Examination otherwise the student will be marked absent.
  6. It is mandatory for the students to appear for the Examination.
  7. Examination Timings will be provided with the Examination schedule.
  8. Use of a quiet room is recommended during exams.
  9. It’s mandatory to share/inbox the pdf/pictures of Examination sheets instantly with the Class Teacher through WhatsApp / Google Classroom.
  10. We don’t have any Rechecking Policy.
  11. We follow the Cambridge Grading System
